Owning a busy retail bakery in Toronto for over a decade has given me the opportunity to create thousands of cakes and have some truly spectacular experiences.
I've had the pleasure of making cakes for many celebrities including Sting, Katy Perry, Lady Antebellum, Shania Twain, Chad Kroeger of Nickleback, Darren O'Brien aka 'Snow", Travis Scott, Drake, U2, Shaggy, Tia and Tamera Mowry, Elisha Cuthbert and more.
I've participated in and won numerous televised cake competitions and been featured in countless print and online publications.
But, with all of this comes long hours and hectic schedules. So now I've left the big city and set up shop at home, in the country.
I'm looking forward to calling the Ottawa area home!
