Creating cakes isn’t just what I do; it’s my art as an award winning cake designer. With a career spanning over 15 years, including owning one of downtown Toronto’s most celebrated cake studios and winning multiple Food Network cake competition shows, my expertise in cake design is well recognized. My work has been featured at events for world-renowned artists and icons such as Shania Twain, Drake, Sting, Katy Perry, and Dr. Jane Goodall. Today, from my private studio in Brockville, I design custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for clients across Eastern Ontario.
